Privacy Policy
Storeflight is made by Grey Park Development. It has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. We don’t receive your API key, your reports or anything about your apps. This policy explains what the app stores on your Mac and who it talks to.
Your API key
Storeflight reads App Store Connect with an API key you create and add. The app keeps the key in your Mac’s Keychain. So the storeflight command and MCP server bundled with the app can use the same key, it also keeps a copy in the app’s App Group container. macOS lets only Storeflight’s own programs open that container; other apps and Terminal commands can’t. The key only needs to read, and Storeflight never changes anything in App Store Connect.
Who the app talks to
Only Apple:
- The App Store Connect API, to read your apps, versions, builds, listings, screenshots, prices and in-app purchases.
- Apple’s public App Store lookup, to show your apps’ icons. It sends the bundle ID of each app you track.
Apple’s privacy policy covers those requests. Storeflight has no server of its own and includes no third-party SDKs.
Your reports
Reports, your list of apps, which findings you marked as done, and your settings stay on your Mac. Nothing is uploaded.
Exports and Keep in Git Repo
Exports are saved where you choose. Keep in Git Repo writes the report and each locale’s listing text into a .storeflight folder in the repository you pick, after each check. It never includes your App Review contact details. If you push that repository, its host receives those files under its own terms.
AI assistants and agents
Copy Fix Prompt puts a report on your clipboard as a prompt. When you paste it into an AI assistant, that text, which can include your app’s name, listing text and findings, goes to whichever assistant you chose, under its terms and privacy policy. The same is true when an AI agent runs Storeflight’s MCP server or storeflight command: what the tool returns goes to that agent and its provider. Storeflight doesn’t send anything to an AI service itself.
When an agent connects, the bundled tool records its name, version, last tool call and app in the App Group container, so Settings can show which agents are connected. That record stays on your Mac.
Purchases
Storeflight Pro is sold through the Mac App Store. Apple handles payment, and the app uses Apple’s StoreKit to see what you bought. We don’t receive your name, email or payment details.
What we don’t do
We don’t collect, sell or share your data, show ads, use advertising identifiers, or track you across other apps and websites.
Children
Storeflight is a tool for app developers and isn’t directed at children. It collects no personal information from anyone.
Deletion
To remove your API key, open Settings → Account and click Remove Key. That deletes it from the Keychain and from the App Group container. To remove everything else, delete the app. Files you exported, or that Keep in Git Repo wrote, stay where you saved them until you delete them. You can also revoke the key in App Store Connect under Users and Access → Integrations.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and its effective date.
